Welcome to the Terms of Service Agreement for Rexury Wellness Center. This document establishes a formal, legally binding agreement between Rexury Wellness Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the clients, developers, and users (“you” or “your”) accessing our physical facilities, digital customer portals, data dashboards, or software tools. By using our services, you explicitly accept and agree to comply with all rules outlined herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Rules

By interacting with our platform or establishing API connectivity, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal rules. If you do not accept these constraints, you are completely prohibited from accessing our systems or utilizing any associated data assets.

2. User Responsibilities & Account Security

To preserve a regulated and secure environment, all account holders and clients must adhere to strict operational guidelines:

Data Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete profile records during booking, account creation, or OAuth verification procedures.
Credential Security: You are entirely responsible for protecting your account keys, passwords, or tokens. Any activity occurring under your assigned profile is legally attributed to you.
Lawful Interaction: You agree never to use our systems to launch automated scrapers, execute malicious software queries, or run data pipelines that bypass our network boundaries.

3. Data Usage, Intellectual Property & API Restrictions

This section defines the mandatory compliance criteria governing the use and limits of information extracted from our software architecture:

Mandatory Data Compliance Framework:

Private Internal Use Only: Any data, reporting metrics, or structures generated via our platform or connected API modules are strictly limited to your own internal operational business analytics.
No Third-Party Access: You may not repackage, license, distribute, or commercially sell raw system data or metrics to external entities or third-party brokers.
Google Ads Sync Compliance: All integrations pulling performance fields through our nodes must isolate those parameters securely to protect downstream user identity trails.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Our tools, booking panels, and digital solutions are provided strictly on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” baseline without warranties of any sort. Rexury Wellness Center assumes zero legal liability for system outages, corrupted token exchanges, unexpected data sync interruptions, or any business losses resulting from your deployment of our digital resources.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the exclusive right to immediately suspend, throttle, or permanently revoke your account access, booking privileges, or developer keys without prior notice if you violate any clause in this Terms of Service agreement, or if your API calls disrupt our underlying infrastructure stability.

6. Governing Law & Corporate Contact
